Our Marinara Sauce is made of 100% San Marzano Tomato imported from Italy, 100% Olive OIl and secret Neapolitan Recipe.
Our Pesto Sauce is made of 100% Pine Nuts, Grana Padano and Pecorino Cheeses with Organic Italian Basils.
Our Dough is made from the finest refined flour with an ancient Neapolitan Pizza dough recipe which makes this dough 100% digestible.
Our Pizzas are gastronomically balanced with their ingredients and they are Jain and Swaminarayan friendly.

The smells, tastes and sounds of authentic Italian pizza crafting have been a part of my life since the day I met award winning Pizzaiolo Nicola Bianco at Chez Nicola, Kinshasa, D. R. Congo. I watched Nicola Bianco, The restaurant owner used to make pizza and sauces from scratch at his owned restaurant in Kinshasa. I learned that tasty Italian pizza and happy customers are a winning combination.
So I officially took lessons from Nicola Bianco about Pizza crafting. Looking at my passion for making Neapolitan Style Pizzas, Nicola decided to send me to Naple, Italy for formal training to become official Pizzaiolo Napoletano (Neapolitan style Pizza maker).
Recently in 2019, I have come back to India after 27 years of my service in Africa and decided to carry on this tradition of hand crafted pizza making I learn to open Gusto’s Pizzeria in India to serve our fellow citizens same feel and taste as they do in Naples, Italy. Just to add Gusto means The Taste in Italian and we respect the same in our recipe.
